No snacks

No snacks

Empty aisles three days after the blizzard.

Low on cheese

Low on cheese

I never knew cheese was so popular after snowstorms

Three days after the blizzard.

Clearing the alley

Clearing the alley

Where's my sled?

Where's my sled?

That's my front door being dwarfed bya 6-foot snow hill. I have a feeling it is going to be here for MONTHS

Courtyard sidewalk

Courtyard sidewalk

The HOA finally came over to dig out the sidewalks on Saturday

Piling up

Piling up

Much snow to be removed from the alley, and no where to put it.

Opening the garage

Opening the garage

Wind blew the snow about 30 inches deep against the garage door

Another sturdy roof

Another sturdy roof

I don't want to jinx it, but we have had power throughout all of this. Cheers to Xcel Energy.

Blanketed

Blanketed

There's just...there's snow everywhere...in case I haven't made that abundantly clear.

Deep

Deep

Looking down the street.

Abandoned cars

Abandoned cars

This is going to make it REAL easy for the plows to get in and clear our roads. You know, having 4 wheel drive does not mean that you can drive through a blizzard. I think they learned that lesson.

Snow mask

Snow mask

This was hilarious. He would bury his face in snow, look around for a while, shake it off, and bury his face in the snow again.

Snow dogs

Snow dogs

These guys were having the time of their lives...and had no idea what was going on. Thankfully they wore their sweaters.

Strong roof

Strong roof

And they say new construction isn't as sturdy...

Buried (again)

Buried (again)

Yet another picture of a snow-covered car

Cold

Cold

Looking at the row of townhomes that includes mine.

Buried

Buried

What's a photo album of a blizzard without a picture of a car buried in snow?

Courtyard

Courtyard

Snow covers the south end

Knee deep

Walking through the alley

Wasn't there an alley here?

Wasn't there an alley here?

And a street?

Back porch

Back porch

Thanks to the drifts I have about three feet of snow on my back porch
