My grandfather, Dr. John Batty, and my 'adopted grandmother' Devonabelle Reynolds. Both reside in southwest Nebraska and, as you can tell by their clothes, are avid supporters of the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Fortunately some things are not inherited. This picture was taken in Grand Lake, CO on my grandfather's 90th birthday in August 2004.
